Consumer Claims Tribunal

(Arbiters’ Remuneration) Notice, 2023

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 17(4) of the

Consumer Affairs Act, the Prime Minister has determined the

remuneration payable to arbiters of the Consumer Claims Tribunal as

from the 1st January, 2023 at the rate of one hundred and fifty euro

(€150) per case, whether decided upon, ceded or withdrawn.

Legal Notice 14 of 1996 is hereby repealed.
