SPORTS GOVERNANCE AND INTEGRITY ACT

(ACT No. LIV of 2021)

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Sports Governance and Integrity Act, the Minister responsible for

sports has established the date of publication of this notice as the date

on which the following provisions of the Act shall come into force

(a)

articles 31 to 37 of the Act, both articles included;

and

(b)

paragraphs (a), (b)(i) and (ii), (c), (d)(ii), (iv) and

(v), and (e) of sub-article (1) of article 76 of the Act.
