Consumer Claims Tribunal

(Designation of Places) (Amendment) Order, 2023

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 16(2) of the

Consumer Affairs Act, the Minister responsible for consumer affairs

has made the following order:-

The title of this order is the Consumer Claims Tribunal

(Designation of Places) (Amendment) Order, 2023 and this order shall

be read and construed as one with the Consumer Claims Tribunal

(Designation of Places) Order, hereinafter referred to as "the principal

Article 2 of the principal order shall be substituted by the

following new article

2. The office of the Department of Consumer

Affairs in Valletta, the office used by the Gozo

Administrative Centre in Victoria, Gozo, and the office

used by the Office of the Permanent Secretary for

Inclusion, Voluntary Organisations and Consumer Rights

in Mrieħel have been designated as the places where the

Consumer Claims Tribunal shall hold its sittings.".
