Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Healthy Lifestyle Promotion and Care of Non-Communicable

Diseases Act, 2016, the Minister responsible for health has established

the 24th January 2023 as the date on which all the provisions of the

said Act shall come into force.
