ARTS COUNCIL MALTA ACT

ŻFIN Malta Regulations (Repeal) Order, 2023

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 14 of the Arts

Council Malta Act, the Minister responsible for culture, upon the

advice of the Council, has made the following order:-

(1) The title of this order is the ŻFIN Malta Regulations

commencement.

(Repeal) Order, 2023.

(2)

This order shall enter into force on the 30th of July, 2023.

Without prejudice to anything done or omitted to be done

thereunder, the ŻFIN Malta Regulations are hereby repealed.

CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS

In item (g) of the Second Schedule to the Arts Council

Malta Act, the words "Żfin Malta" shall be substituted by the words

"National Agency for the Performing Arts".

Article 2 of the National Agency for the Performing Arts

(Establishment of an Agency) Order shall be amended by the

following

(a) in the Maltese version only the definition "Żfin

Malta" thereof shall be deleted; and

2023. (b) in the definition "sector" thereof the words "Arts

Council Malta Act;" shall be substituted by the words "Arts

Council Malta Act." and immediately thereafter the definition

"Żfin Malta" shall be deleted.
