Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Minor Protection (Alternative Care) (Amendment) Act, 2023, the

Minister responsible for social policy and children’s rights has

established the date of publication of this Notice as the date on which

all the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
