CONSTRUCTION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2023

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Various Laws relating to Building and Construction (Amendment) Act,

2023, the Minister responsible for the construction industry and for

development planning has established the 26th May 2023 as the date

on which Part II and Part III of the said Act shall come into force.
