Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Malta Membership of the International Monetary Fund (Amendment)

Act, 2023, the Minister responsible for finance has established the date

of publication of this Notice as the date on which all the provisions of

the said Act shall come into force.
