(CAP. 464)

Health Care Professions Act (Amendment of Fourth Schedule)

Regulations, 2023

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 51 of the

Health Care Professions Act, the Minister responsible for health has

made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Health Care Professions

Act (Amendment of Fourth Schedule) Regulations, 2023 and these

regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Fourth

Schedule to the Health Care Professions Act, hereinafter referred to as

"the Fourth Schedule".

Part II of the Fourth Schedule shall be amended as follows

(a) under the heading "- Dental Surgeons", the item

"Malta Association of Post Graduate Dentistry" shall be deleted;

and

(b) under the heading "- Nurses and Midwives",

immediately after the item "Association of Nurses and Midwives

in Advance Practice" there shall be added the following new

item

"Malta Association of Gastroenterology Nurses and

Associates".
