Part-time Work (Amendment) Rules, 2022

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 96 of the

Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance and Employment has made

the following rules:-

The title of these rules is the Part-time Work (Amendment)

Rules, 2022 and these rules shall be read and construed as one with the

Part-time Work Rules, hereinafter referred to as "the principal rules".

In rule 8 of the principal rules, the words "form prescribed

in Schedule B" shall be substituted by the words "such form as the

Commissioner may approve".

In rule 9 of the principal rules, the words "the form

prescribed in Schedule A" shall be substituted by the words "such form

as the Commissioner may approve".

Schedules A and B to the principal rules shall be deleted.
