Final Settlement System (FSS) (Amendment) Rules, 2022

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 58 of the

Income Tax Management Act, the Minister for Finance and

Employment has made the following rules:-

Reg. 1 — Final Settlement System (FSS) (Amendment) Rules, 2022 Open official source

The title of these rules is the Final Settlement System (FSS) Citation.

(Amendment) Rules, 2022 and these rules shall be read and construed

as one with the Final Settlement System (FSS) Rules, hereinafter S.L. 372.14.

referred to as "the principal rules".
