Groups of Persons in Residential Properties (Repeal)

Regulations, 2022

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 26 of the

Public Health Act, the Minister responsible for public health, after

consultation with the Superintendent of Public Health, has made the

following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Groups of Persons

The Groups of Persons

Residential

Properties

Regulations are hereby repealed

Provided that the Groups of Persons in Residential

Properties Regulations shall be deemed to be still in force, even after

the coming into force of these regulations, for the purposes of any act,

decision, action or proceedings taken in respect of any breach of the

same regulations.
