Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 1(3) of the

Investment Services Act (Provision of Investment Services and

Activities by Third-Country Firms) (Amendment) Regulations, 2022,

the Minister responsible for the regulation of Financial Services has

established the 11th February 2022, as the date on which all the

provisions of the same regulations shall come into force.
