Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 1(3) of the

Investment Services Act (Supervisory Consolidation) (Capital

Requirements Directive) Regulations, 2021, the Minister for Finance

and Employment has established the 1st February 2022, as the date on

which all the provisions of the same regulations shall come into force.
