FISHERIES CONSERVATION AND

MANAGEMENT(AMENDMENT) ACT

(ACT No. XVII of 2022)

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Fisheries Conservation and Management (Amendment) Act, 2022, the

Minister responsible for fisheries and aquaculture has established the

1st January 2023 as the date on which all the provisions of the said Act

shall come into force.
