Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 1(4) of the

Bluefin Tuna Aquaculture Regulations, 2022, the Minister responsible

for fisheries has established the 1st January 2023 as the date on which

all the provisions of the said regulations shall come into force.
