Public Procurement (Amendment) Regulations, 2022
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 4 of the Public
Finance Management Act, the Minister responsible for finance has
made the following regulations:-
The title of these regulations is the Public Procurement
(Amendment) Regulations, 2022 and these regulations shall be read
and construed as one with the Public Procurement Regulations,
hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".
Immediately after sub-regulation (3) of regulation 286 of
the principal regulations there shall be added the following new sub-
regulation
"(4) The Court of Appeal shall have the power to order
that the service of any judicial act be made by means of
electronic mail. In that case, the date of service shall be the same
date of transmission of the electronic mail.".
