Statute for the European Centre for Resilience and Socio-Emotional Health

(Amendment)

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred upon him by articles 74(5) and

75(6) of the Education Act (Cap. 327), the Chancellor of the University of Malta has

promulgated the following statute made by the Council of the University of Malta in

virtue of the powers conferred upon it by articles 72(h), 75(2), 77(c)(d) and 136(3)

of the said Act

Citation

This statute may be cited as the Statute for the Centre for Resilience and

Socio-Emotional Health (Amendment) and shall amend the Statute for the Centre

for Resilience and Socio-Emotional Health, published as Legal Notice 322 of 2009,

hereinafter referred to as “the principal statute”.

Applicability

This statute shall be applicable from 15 March 2021 onwards.

Amendment to paragraph (f) of article 2 of the principal statute

For paragraph (f) of article 2 of the principal statute there shall be substituted

the following

“(f) to provide education and training, including postgraduate programmes of

study, to practitioners, educators and other prospective candidates at local, national

and cross-European levels; and”
