(CAP. 333)

Civil Aviation (Route Charges for Navigation Services)

(Amendment) Regulations, 2022

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 6 of the

Eurocontrol Act, the Minister responsible for Transport, Infrastructure

and Capital Projects, with the concurrence of the Minister for Finance

and Employment, has made the following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Civil Aviation Citation and

(Route Charges for Navigation Services) (Amendment) Regulations, commencement.

2022 and these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the

Civil Aviation (Route Charges for Navigation Services) Regulations, S.L. 333.01.

hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".

(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into force

on 1st January 2022.

Regulation 5(4)

The rate of interest on late payment shall be 9.48 per cent per

annum.".
