Public Administration Act (Amendment of

Fifth Schedule) Regulations, 2022

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 39(h) of the

Public Administration Act, the Prime Minister has made the following

regulations:-

The

title

of

these regulations is

the

Public

Administration Act (Amendment of Fifth Schedule) Regulations,

2022 and these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the

Fifth Schedule to the Public Administration Act, hereinafter referred to as

"the Fifth Schedule".

The Second Part of the Fifth Schedule shall be amended as

follows

(a) in the Maltese version, the words "Iċ-Chairman tal-

Awtorità ta’ Malta dwar il-Komunikazzjoni" shall be substituted

by the words "Il-President tal-Awtorità ta’ Malta dwar il-

Komunikazzjoni";

(b) the words "The Chairman of the Gaming Authority"

shall be substituted by the words "The Chairperson of the Malta

Gaming Authority";

(c) the words "The Chairman of the National

Commission for Further and Higher Education" shall be

substituted by the words "The Chairperson of the Malta

Further and Higher Education Authority";

(d) immediately after the words "The Chairman of the

Malta Digital Innovation Authority" there shall be added the

words "The Chairperson of the Social Care Standards

Authority"; and

(e) immediately after the words "The Chairperson of the

Social Care Standards Authority" there shall be added the words

"The Chairperson of EquestriMalta".
