Commissioners for Justice Act (Schedule)

(Amendment) Regulations, 2022

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 13 of the

Commissioners for Justice Act, the Minister for Justice and

Governance has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Commissioners for

Justice Act (Schedule) (Amendment) Regulations, 2022 and these

regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Schedule to the

Commissioners for Justice Act, hereinafter referred to as "the

Schedule".

Any breach of the provisions of the Valid Certificate of

Recognised Vaccination against COVID-19 Requirement Regulations

shall be regarded as a scheduled offence for the purposes of the

Commissioners of Justice Act.

In the Schedule, immediately after the item "Abandonment,

Dumping and Disposal of Waste in Streets and Public Places or Areas

Regulations" there shall be added the following new item

"Valid Certificate

Regulation 2".
