Declaration of Bank Holidays Order, 2022
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 3(2)(a) of the
Banking Act, the Minister responsible for the regulation of financial
services, after consultation with the Malta Financial Services
Authority and with the Central Bank of Malta, has declared 10th April
2023 and 26th December 2023 as bank holidays.
