Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Criminal Code (Amendment No. 2) Act, 2022, the Minister

responsible for justice, with reference to Legal Notice 109 of 2022 is

hereby extending the date of coming into force of the provisions of

articles 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of the said Act, to 28th February 2023.
