Public Administration Act (Fifth Schedule) (Amendment) Order,

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by articles 38 and 39 of

the Public Administration Act, the Prime Minister has made the

following order:-

Reg. 1 Title and — Public Administration Act (Fifth Schedule) (Amendment) Order, Open official source

(1) The title of this order is the Public Administration

commencement.

Act (Fifth Schedule) (Amendment) Order, 2022 and this order shall be

read and construed as one with the Fifth Schedule of the Public

Administration Act, hereinafter referred to as "the Schedule".

(2) This order shall come into force on such date as the Prime

Minister may by notice in the Gazette establish.

Reg. 2 Amends the Schedule. — Public Administration Act (Fifth Schedule) (Amendment) Order, Open official source

In the Second Part of the Schedule, immediately after the

words "The Chairman of the Malta Digital Innovation Authority",

there shall be added the words "The Commissioner for the Rights of

Persons with Disability".
