Local Councils and Regional Committees (Delegation of

Enforcement) (Amendment) Order, 2022

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 72 of the Local

Government Act, the Minister responsible for local government has

made the following order:-

The title of this order is the Local Councils and Regional

Committees (Delegation of Enforcement) (Amendment) Order, 2022

and this order shall be read and construed as once with the Local

Councils and Regional Committees (Delegation of Enforcement)

Order, hereinafter referred to as "the principal order".

Article 1 of the principal order shall be substituted by the

following new article

"1. The title of this order is the Local Councils and

Regional Councils (Delegation of Enforcement) Order.".

In the First Schedule to the principal order, immediately

after the words "Smoking Control in Private Vehicles Regulations"

there shall be added the following

"Micromobility

Regulations

Regulations

8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14,

15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 22,

23, 28.".

In the principal order, the words "Regional Committees",

wherever they occur, shall be substituted by the words "Regional

Councils.".
