EXPLOSIVES ORDINANCE AND THE VARIOUS LAWS

RELATING TO CIVIL PROTECTION (AMENDMENT) ACT

(ACT No. XVI of 2022)

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Explosives Ordinance and the Various Laws relating to Civil Protection

(Amendment) Act, 2022, the Minister responsible for the police and

civil protection has established the 11 th November 2022 as the date on

which all the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
