CODE OF ORGANIZATION AND CIVIL PROCEDURE
(CAP. 12)
Civil Procedure (Regulation of Registries, Archives and
Functions of Director Courts (Gozo) and other Court Executive
Officers) (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations, 2022
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1009A of the
Code of Organization and Civil Procedure, the Minister responsible for
Justice, has made the following regulations:-
The title of these regulations is the Civil Procedure Citation.
(Regulation of Registries, Archives and Functions of Director Courts
(Gozo) and other Court Executive Officers) (Amendment of
Schedule) Regulations, 2022 and these regulations shall be read and
construed as one with the Schedule to the Civil Procedure (Regulation
of Registries, Archives and Functions of Director Courts (Gozo) and
other Court Executive Officers) Regulations, hereinafter referred to as S.L. 12.21.
"the Schedule".
The Schedule shall be substituted by the following new Substitutes the
Schedule.
