IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 8 of the

Immovable Property (Acquisition by Non-Residents) Act, the Minister

responsible for finance has made the following order:-

The title of this order is the Portomaso Extension II, St Citation.

Julians (Designated Special Area) Order, 2022.

Portomaso Extension II, St Julians consisting of immovable Designation of

property situated in the area bordered in red in the Land Registry Plan special area.

annexed to this order, is hereby designated as a Designated Special

Area for the purposes of the Immovable Property (Acquisition by Non- Cap. 246.

Residents) Act.

Portomaso Extension II, St Julians shall be added to the Addition to the

List of Scheduled Zones in the First Schedule to the Immovable First
