Health Care Professions Act (Amendment to Fourth and Fifth

Schedules) Regulations, 2022

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 51 of the

Health Care Professions Act, the Minister for Health has made the

following regulations

The title of these regulations is the Health Care Professions

Act (Amendment to Fourth and Fifth Schedules) Regulations, 2022,

and these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the

Fourth and the Fifth Schedules to the Health Care Professions Act,

hereinafter referred to as "the Fourth Schedule" and "the Fifth

Schedule" respectively.

In Part II of the Fourth Schedule in the item "- Nurses and

Midwives" there shall be added the following words

"Association of Nurses and Midwives in Advance

Practice".

In the Fifth Schedule, the Part

"A.

MEDICAL

PRACTITIONER" shall be amended as follows:-

(a) in the English version only, in item 39 thereof, the

words "v. Paediatric Infectious Disease" shall be substituted by

the words "v. Paediatric Infectious Diseases and Immunology".

(b) in the Maltese version only, in item 45 thereof, the

words "iv. Mard Infettiv Pedjatriku" shall be substituted by the

words "iv. Mard Infettiv u Immunoloġija Pedjatrika";
