Exemption of Duty in terms of

article 23 (Amendment No. 2) Order, 2022

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 23 of the Duty

on Documents and Transfers Act, the Minister responsible for finance

has made the following order:-

The title of this order is the Exemption of Duty in terms of

article 23 (Amendment No. 2) Order, 2022 and this order shall be read

and construed as one with the Exemption of Duty in terms of article 23

Order, hereinafter referred to as "the principal order".

The second proviso to sub-article (1) of article 5 of the

principal order shall be amended as follows

(a) the words "30th September 2022," thereof shall be

substituted by the words "30th June 2023,"; and

(b) the words "31st October 2022:" thereof shall be

substituted by the words "31st July 2023:".
