Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Various Laws relating to Assisted Procreation (Amendment) Act,

2022, the Minister responsible for health and the Minister responsible

for social policy have established the 29th July 2022 as the date on

which all the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
