Judges and Magistrates (Revision of Salaries) Order, 2022

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 2 of the Judges

and Magistrates (Salaries) Act, hereinafter referred to as "the Act", the

Prime Minister has made the following order:-

(1) The title of this order is the Judges and Magistrates

commencement.

(Revision of Salaries) Order, 2022.

(2) This order shall be deemed to have come into force on 1st

January 2022.

There shall be paid to the holders of the offices specified in

the first column of the Schedule hereto, instead of the salaries

prescribed in article 2 of the Act, the annual salaries respectively

specified for each office in the second column of this Schedule.
