Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Various Financial Services Laws (Amendment No. 3) Act, 2021, the

Minister responsible for the regulation of Financial Services has

established the date of publication of this legal notice as the date when

the provisions of article 33 of the same Act shall come into force.
