(Designated Special Areas) Order, 2022

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 6 of the

Immovable Property (Acquisition by Non-Residents) Act, the Minister

responsible for Finance has made the following order:-

The title of this order is the Pender Place and Mercury Citation.

House Site, Extension VI, St. Julian’s (Designated Special Areas)

Order, 2022.

Pender Place and Mercury House Site, Extension VI, St. Designation of

Julian’s, consisting of immovable property situated in the area Special Areas.

bordered in red in the Land Registry Plan annexed to this order, is

hereby designated as a Designated Special Area for the purposes of the Cap. 246.

Immovable Property (Acquisition by Non-Residents) Act.

Pender Place and Mercury House Zone, Extension VI, St. Addition to the

Julian’s shall be added to the List of Scheduled Zones in the First First
