Roaming on Public Mobile Network (Repeal) Regulations, 2022

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by articles 34 and 47 of

the Electronic Communications (Regulation) Act, the Minister

responsible for communications, after consultation with the Malta

Communications Authority, has made the following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Roaming on

commencement.

Public Mobile Network (Repeal) Regulations, 2022.

(2)

These regulations shall come into force on the 1st July

2022.

(1) The Roaming on Public Mobile Networks

Regulations are hereby repealed with effect from the 1st July 2022.

(2) The repeal of the regulations referred to in sub-regulation

(1) shall be without prejudice to the validity of anything done or

omitted to be done thereunder.
