Verdala Terraces (Special Designated Area) Order, 2022

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by articles 2 and 6(1) of

the Immovable Property (Acquisition by Non-Residents) Act and

regulation 2 of the Immovable Property (Designation of Special Areas)

Regulations, the Minister responsible for finance has made the

following order:-

The title of this order is Verdala Terraces (Special Citation.

Designated Area) Order, 2022.

Verdala Terraces, consisting of immovable property Designation of
