Income Tax Exemption (Amendment) Order, 2022

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by articles 12(1)(b) and

96 of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance and Employment

has made the following order:-

The title of this order is the Income Tax Exemption

(Amendment) Order, 2022 and this order shall be read and construed

as one with the Income Tax Exemption Order, hereinafter referred to

as "the principal order".

The Schedule to the principal order shall be substituted by

the following new Schedule
