Repealing Regulations, 2022

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 26 of the

Public Health Act, the Minister responsible for public health, after

consultation with the Superintendent of Public Health, has made the

following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Repealing

commencement.

Regulations, 2022.

These regulations shall come into force on 10 April 2022.

The regulations listed hereunder, issued under the Public

Health Act, are hereby being repealed

(a)

Number of Persons in Public Spaces Regulations; and

(b) Valid Certificate of Recognised Vaccination Against

COVID-19 Requirement Regulations.

Any act, decision or action taken before the coming into

force of the Repealing Regulations, 2022 shall continue to be regulated

by the provisions of the regulations referred to in regulation 2 of these

2022. regulations as in force prior to the coming into force of the Repealing

Regulations, 2022.
