IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Criminal Code (Amendment No. 2) Act, 2022, the Minister

responsible for Justice is hereby repealing Commencement Notice

(Legal Notice 97 of 2022) with effect from 4th March 2022.
