Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Criminal Code (Amendment No. 2) Act, 2020, the Minister responsible

for Justice, has established the 15th March 2021 as the date on which all

the provisions of the same Act shall come into force.
