COMPANY SERVICE PROVIDERS (AMENDMENT) ACT 2020

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Company Service Providers (Amendment) Act, 2020, the Minister

responsible for finance and employment has established the 16 th March

2021 as the date on which all the provisions of the same Act shall come

into force.
