Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 1(2) of the

Public Procurement (Amendment) Regulations, 2021, the Minister for

Finance and Employment has established the 15 th March 2021 as the

date on which all the provisions of the same regulations shall come

into force.
