Closure of Food and Drink Outlets

(Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2021

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 26 of the

Public Health Act, the Minister responsible for public health, after

consultation with the Superintendent of Public Health, has made the

following regulations

Reg. 1 Title. — Closure of Food and Drink Outlets Open official source

The title of these regulations is the Closure of Food and

Drink Outlets (Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2021 and these

L.N. 75 of 2021. regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Closure of

Food and Drink Outlets Regulations hereinafter referred to as the

"principal regulations".

Reg. 2 Amends regulation 2 of the principal regulations. — Closure of Food and Drink Outlets Open official source

In sub-regulation (2) of regulation 2 of the principal

regulations, the words "services to their guests", shall be substituted by

the words "room service to their guests and delivery service in the

community".
