Asylum Procedures (Application for a Declaration) (Repeal)

Regulations, 2021

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by articles 25 of the

International Protection Act, the Minister responsible for Immigration

has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Asylum Procedures

(Application for a Declaration) (Repeal) Regulations, 2021.

The Asylum Procedures (Application for a Declaration)

Regulations are hereby repealed without prejudice to the validity of

anything done or omitted to be done thereunder.
