Closure of Certain Places of Entertainment (Amendment)

Regulations, 2021

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by articles 26 and 27(c)

of the Public Health Act, the Minister responsible for public health,

after consultation with the Superintendent of Public Health, has made

the following regulations

The title of these regulations is the Closure of Certain

Places of Entertainment (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 and these

regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Closure of

Certain Places of Entertainment Regulations hereinafter referred to as

the "principal regulations".

In regulation 3 of the principal regulations the words "three

thousand euro (€3,000)" shall be substituted by the words: "six

thousand euro (€6,000)".
