MINOR PROTECTION (ALTERNATIVE CARE) ACT

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(3) of the

Minor Protection (Alternative Care) Act, the Minister responsible for

social justice and solidarity, the family and children’s rights, has

established the 9th of March 2021 as the date on which article 9(2),

(3), (4) of the same Act, shall come into force.
