Organised Public Mass Events (Amendment No. 2) Regulations,

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 26 of the

Public Health Act, the Minister responsible for public health, after

consultation with the Superintendent of Public Health, has made the

following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Organised Public Mass

Events (Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2021 and these regulations

shall be read and construed as one with the Organised Public Mass

Events Regulations, hereinafter referred to as the "principal

regulations".

The provisos to regulation 4 of the principal regulations

shall be substituted by the following new provisos

"Provided that until 31 st March, all snack bars and

kiosks shall not provide, offer or sell any alcoholic beverage

to customers and shall close between 12:00a.m. and 5a.m.

Provided further that all bars and clubs shall not

open for business and shall remain closed until 6a.m. of 31 st

March 2021

Provided further that until 31 st March 2021, all

restaurants shall close between 12:00a.m. and 5a.m. .".
