Mutual Recognition of Qualifications of Periti (Amendment)

Regulations, 2021

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 20(c) of the

Periti Act, the Minister for Transport, Infrastructure and Capital

Projects has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Mutual Recognition of

Qualifications of Periti (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 and these

regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Mutual

Recognition of Qualifications of Periti Regulations, hereinafter

referred to as the "principal regulations".

Sub-regulation (2) of regulation 9A of the principal

regulations shall be amended as follows

(a) in paragraph (f) thereof, the words "before 25 June

1991." shall be substituted by the words "before 25 June 1991;";

(b) immediately after paragraph (f) thereof there shall be

added the following new paragraph

"(g) the authorities of Croatia in the case of

education or training in Yugoslavia before 8 October

1991.".
