PROTECTION OF THE WHISTLEBLOWER

(AMENDMENT) ACT, 2021

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Protection of the Whistleblower (Amendment) Act, 2021, the Minister

responsible for Justice and Governance has established the 24th

December 2021 as the date on which all the provisions of the same Act

shall come into force.
