Commencement Notice
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the
Education Act, 2019 (Cap. 605), hereinafter referred to as "the Act",
the Minister for Education has established the 1st March, 2022 as the
date on which the provisions of articles 46, 47 and 48 of the Act shall
come into force.
